Does my nationality disqualify me from the Manaaki scholarship?

Applicants must demonstrate that they are normally resident in their country of citizenship to apply for a scholarship. Applicants must be citizens of the following countries: Fiji (postgraduate only), Kiribati, Nauru, Niue, North Pacific (Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, Marshall Islands), French Pacific (New Calodonia, French Polynesia and Wallis and Futuna), Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Nepal, Philippines, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Viet Nam
