Once you receive an ICT or reservist-call-up, please notify your Randstad Consultant or the Randstad Contracting Admin Team.
If you’re male and have a Singaporean citizenship (Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents) and had served National Service before, you may be required to serve In-Camp Training (ICT) or Reservist periodically as mandated by the Singapore Police Force (SPF) or Ministry of Defence (MINDEF).
Once you receive an ICT or reservist-call-up, please notify your Randstad Consultant or the Randstad Contracting Admin Team. You’ll also need to notify the dates of your ICT or reservist and forward a copy of the necessary documents for payrolling and our internal records.
To avoid any potential delays in payment, please forward a copy of the necessary documents (SAF100) as soon as possible for our submission to Singapore Police Force or Ministry of Defence.
