when is my timesheet due?

The due date of your timesheet will depend on which region you work in

  • For Hong Kong and Malaysia, the usual cut off date for timesheets is 12pm on the 26th of each month, unless an alternative pay date is requested by the client.
  • For Australia, timesheets need to be completed and submitted by no later than 7pm each Sunday.
  • For New Zealand, timesheets need to be completed and submitted by no later than 6pm each Sunday.
  • For Singapore, weekly timesheets need to be submitted by Friday 5pm. Monthly timesheets must be submitted by the agreed date for each month depending on the client site you are working at; generally, the payroll cut-off for each month is the 26th, unless an alternative pay date is requested by the client. Randstad will notify you about which category you fall under.

Changes may be made due to public holidays, in which case payroll will provide notification in advance via email. Please ensure that your current personal email address is updated in our system to ensure prompt communication.

It is important to provide a completed and correct timesheet, ready for your supervisor’s approval, on or before the payroll cut off in order to prevent delays in payment.
