# Login recovery: If I lose my password, can I reset it via SMS? (My email access is unreliable).

No, password recovery is typically done only via email. The email address is the primary username and contact method. You must use an email address that is current, reliable, and that you check daily throughout the entire application and selection process. If you lose access to this email, you will lose your application.
