What components are included in the scholarship testing phase?

The scholarship testing phase consists of two mandatory online components: General Reasoning Assessment: This timed section evaluates your cognitive abilities, including verbal, numerical, and logical reasoning to measure your problem-solving skills. Personality & Behavioral Profile: This untimed section assesses your work style, leadership potential, and alignment with scholarship values. There are no "right" or "wrong" answers here. Both sections are compulsory. You must complete them within 10 days of receiving your invitation. Failure to attempt both parts will result in an incomplete assessment, which may disqualify your application.
