Who is "ENZ" and who is "MFAT"? Why are two different groups reviewing me?

The scholarship is administered by Education New Zealand (ENZ) which is funded through the New Zealand International Development Programme, managed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT). We work in partnership to ensure that all scholars receive an excellent and consistent educational and developmental experience.
