# my salary doesn't look right, what do I do?

## Queries about salary and pay can be addressed to Randstad depending on your location.

- For Hong Kong, please send all payroll queries to payroll@randstad.com.hk and our team will assist.
- For Malaysia, send all payroll queries to payroll@randstad.com.my and our team will assist.
- For Australia, please contact the Customer Service Hotline on 1300 852 155 or email customerservice@randstad.com.au. Your queries will be answered between 8.30am to 5.30pm (EST) weekdays. If your call is answered by voicemail, leave your full name (including spelling), Employee ID number, contact phone numbers including your area code and the reason for your call. Your call will be responded to promptly.
- For New Zealand, please contact the Customer Service Hotline on 0800 363 377. Your queries will be answered between 8.00am to 5.30pm (EST) weekdays. If your call is answered by voicemail, leave your full name (including spelling), contact phone numbers including your area code and the reason for your call. Your call will be responded to promptly.
- For Singapore, please contact your Randstad Consultant or the Randstad Contracting Admin Team directly.
