when do I get paid?

When you get paid will depend on your region of work.

  • For Hong Kong and Malaysia, we aim to have your pay available in your bank account within 4 working days of your timesheet being successfully submitted.
  • For Australia, timesheets are processed at the start of each week, and generally your pay will be available in your bank account no later than Thursday (unless there is a public holiday in NSW whereby your pay may be delayed by one day).
  • For New Zealand, timesheets are processed at the start of each week, and generally your pay will be available in your bank account by Wednesday.
  • For Singapore, temporary worker’s payments are processed on Tuesday and should be available by Thursday of the same week (depending on your bank’s processing times). Monthly contract worker’s pay dates will vary depending on the client site of employment - generally though, payment will be credited into your bank account 4 business days after an approved, error-free timesheet has been reviewed.

Should a bonus payment be part of your contractual arrangement, this will only be paid following signed authorisation of the client. This is usually done at the end of your contract period.
